For any custom logo order, refund will not be issued once a custom logo is designed and sent to the client Non approval of Stationery design will not be considered an eligibility for refund as the stationery design is provided free with the ready made logo orders. Under No circumstances will a refund be issued once the logo is customized or designed A refund will only be issued if asked for in 24 hours of receiving the order.
